Easy Chocolate Mousse
Easy and Velvety Chocolate Mousse — Ready in Minutes, No Oven or Mixer Needed
This easy chocolate mousse is a dessert that arrived at our table with a French touch but gained a Brazilian soul. It has an intense chocolate taste and just the right sweetness. The result is creamy and velvety, with a light texture that melts in your mouth. What makes this version special is the speed and simplicity: no oven or mixer needed, ready in just a few minutes — a great alternative among easy and quick desserts ready in ten minutes, ideal for when you crave something delicious without the fuss.
In this recipe, dark chocolate (or milk chocolate if you prefer it sweeter) is the star and brings the deep flavor. Condensed milk adds sweetness and body, while heavy cream makes everything soft with that velvety finish. A knob of butter helps add shine and smoothness. A pinch of cocoa powder on top enhances the chocolate aroma and adds an elegant final touch. Together, these ingredients combine to create a rich, silky mousse with a perfect balance between sweetness and chocolate intensity. If you prefer chilled no-bake desserts, there is also an irresistibly creamy and practical version that is ready in minutes and requires no special equipment: no-bake chilled dessert.
